Sale Rules and Regulations

All animals are the property of the seller until the auctioneer says "sold"; it is then, immediately, the property of the buyer.

All fees and commissions are applied to the seller:

  • 10% Commision or $3 per cage or animal minimum
  • $1 per head vet fee for all hoofstock
  • $10 per head for all that need Bangs tested (adult cattle or not selling with mother)
  • $20 per head for all that needs Coggins tested (horses/donkeys not selling with mother) - Coggins are good for one year - no need to retest if current Coggins is available to the buyer
  • $1 per head if Scrappies tag needs to be inserted by the facility (sheep and goats)

Note: This is a CONSIGNMENT AUCTION!: The animals listed on the Early Consignments page are available for purchase during the specific sale dates as advertised. Animals listed in the "sale order" but not on the Early Consignments page indicate animals that have sold in the past and in what order they will sell if consigned on the day of the sale.. This is a LIVE AUCTION. You must be present at our Prague, OK auction facility to bid.
